Studio 33 is an artists’ collective in Rosebery, Sydney founded by painter Rex Turnbull. The artists meet weekly to create under Rex’s guidance and tutorship. This exhibition is comprised of the fruits of their communal labours. Each artist is on their own individual creative journey and their styles and subject matter are as varied as they are as people. This show presents still life, landscape, portraiture, figurative and abstract painting, brought together around their shared table.
