I work mainly with relief prints – woodcuts and linocuts. I also make etchings on plate and lino. These works were made for a project titled ‘Splendacious’ initiated by Melbourne printmaker Rona Green. The title suggested a theme of desire, and I made three separate images based on this idea. Each colour was carved from separate blocks of pine wood and editions and unique states were made. I am currently living on the Central Coast of NSW and the surrounding environment – water, mountains, bush – is becoming the subject of new work.
