William Taylor is a printmaker working on Gadigal land exploring ideas of community and identity within the metal music scene. “Crowd Surf” is a work created through an intentional process of documentation of the experiences of a mosh pit, with focus on the physicality and it’s potential as the medium by which participants in this environment forge cultural connections.
