Illographo Press is an indie publisher of books and zines. It’s a small press owned and run by Aphrodite Delaguiado, a Filipina artist, designer and zine maker based in Sydney, NSW. Founded in 2021, Illographo Press aims to make art and literature accessible and sustainable by publishing limited editions of original works that don’t fit the mould of commercial publishing.
Aphrodite is an experienced illustrator and graphic designer with a background in print, hence the name Illographo Press. As a visual storyteller who writes from the heart, Aphrodite finds creative freedom in self-publishing. In March 2024, Aphrodite will open Wolfbound Books @wolfboundbooks – a studio, bindery & zine distro based in Sydney dedicated to independent small press, self-publishers and zine makers across Australia and around the world.
