Cycling past a living piece of Sydney’s past. The Glebe Hotel has been a favourite local pub since 1862. By 1891, it was one of 11 pubs in Outer Glebe. By 1900, it was one of 424 pubs in the City of Sydney – that was one pub for every 264 people! Here is it is pictured on a beautiful summer’s day with a jacaranda in bloom.
