I am an Australian artist living and working in Sydney. Through sculpture and printmaking, I investigate things that are familiar and intimate, looking for a curious angle to give new life to these subjects. Looking at dandelions I am interested in their movement and shape, their life cycle, and mostly their resilience. They see no boundries, going beyond their limits always, they are strong with deep roots and at the cycle of their seed clock, they are light and frivolous in their movement from place to place.

Flatout is a concrete example of boundries- Hector neatly contained in his Who Gives A Crap loo paper box sleeping in the sun, while all the shapes and textures of our apartment come up around him.
